No one EVER believes me when I tell them that this fantastic and chic cape is made by Forever 21. I bought it in New York two years ago and always get so excited to bring it out of the closet every fall and winter as it adds such a classy and fun touch to my outfit.

By now you may have noticed I’ve been buying an absurd amount of distressed and boyfriend cut jeans. I didn’t really notice that I was perhaps going overboard with my collection until I bought these Current Elliot ones in Maui a couple weeks ago. However, I really couldn’t pass them up because of the light wash and the casual way I could roll up the bottoms. Also, it’s so hard to find jeans with holes in the RIGHT places and ones that fall casually over your knee like these.

I must confess I stole this navy Rag & Bone button up silk blouse from my mother about a year ago (sorry mom if you are reading this!). I just love the way the buttons snake up the side of the blouse and also the silk ,sheer material adds a sexy feel. Navy is one of those colors that is simply classic and will never go out of style, so as a result I always keep an eye out for pieces that incorporate this color.

Last but NOT least are these amazing Jeffrey Campbell shoes. They really are one of a kind. I love the loafer look but these metallic blue ones really made this outfit come together and stand out. I can see myself wearing them with a little black dress or with shorts and a tank during the summer. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I hope everyone is having a great week! More to come but until next time…
